The spaceGolden Hour Getaway is the ultimate space to relax, celebrate, and make memories with friends and family. Our outdoor space is nothing short of remarkable beginning with our massive saltwater beach entry pool with multiple spillways for cooling off and creating a soothing sound for relaxing. The spa is likewise amazing, featuring multiple jets and ample seating for your group. Soak up the desert sun in our pool ledge loungers or one of our many deck lounge chairs. Need shade…no worries… We have multiple areas with umbrellas, and a newly added covered patio area where you can dine alfresco. Step down into our entertainment area where you will find a large gas firepit, a barbecue for grilling, a small fridge to keep the cold libations, a decorative fountain and the main feature is a bar top where you can sit, sip and socialize. Rounding out the back yard space is a 4-hole putting green, an outdoor day bed, additional games and more conversation areas. Finally, our premium back yard is south facing so it gets sun all day long!
Moving indoors we offer a stylish home with all the amenities needed for the perfect stay. Plenty of seating in the main living and kitchen area to relax or prepare the meal for the evening. Our billiards room as well as a bedroom and bathroom round out the lower level.
Up to the second level we have five spacious bedrooms and two additional bathrooms.

City of Coachella Compliance
Occupancy
- This home has an occupancy limit of 14 persons overnight. The home has a daytime occupancy limit of 18 persons. Daytime guests must vacate prior to the start of quiet hours. There are no exceptions. The City of Coachella citation for over occupancy is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to the booking guest. In addition to the city citation, eviction can occur with no refund if the occupancy limit is exceeded. Large events, gatherings and parties are prohibited at this property.
Amplified Sound
- The municipal code for amplified sound is as follows: No radio receiver, karaoke machine, sound device, speaker, instrument, phone or any other machine that produces sound shall be heard beyond the property line at any time day or night. The city of Coachella citation for amplified sound is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to the booking guest.
Noise outside of Short-Term Rental
- Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and / or engaging in outdoor games or an outdoor activity that create noise between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM Monday - Sunday. The City of Coachella citation for Noise outside of a Short-Term Rental is $1000 Per occurrence which will be billed to the booking Guest

- The minimum age requirement to rent this home is 21 years of age per the City of Coachella
Required Short Term Rental Form City of Coachella
- The booking guest is required to sign a rental agreement that includes house rules, City of Coachella ordinances mentioned above, and additional information required by the City of Coachella. This includes and is not limited to the following: 1.) A Copy of the Booking Guests ID *Driver’s License or passport*. 2.) A list of all guest's names *first and last name* 3.) Make and model of each car that will be on property including License plate information.

- The pool, landscaping, and ordinary maintenance must be done to keep the property looking great. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule them unless we have agreed upon this before arrival. Please understand that they will access the property via the side gate without notice.
