The space
This stunning home is all newly remodeled inside and out. This home features a luxury salt water pebble tec pool with tanning ledge and large sunken spa as the main attraction. The ultra-private cul de sac location, coupled with the mega mountain views is sure to give you a tranquil setting for any getaway.

The outdoor fire-pit is sure to delight on those cooler evenings and the side dining area is the perfect spot for your friends and family to enjoy your prepared feast. Our front patio area also features a wooden table for boards games or cards, a customized bar to wet your whistle and some other outdoor games to keep you entertained.

Inside we have a relaxing living area with a Hisense Roku Smart TV as well as a fun shuffleboard table for gaming enthusiasts. Dine inside for a more formal get together or grab a seat at the breakfast bar for a quick snack. Our kitchen features everything you would need to enjoy a getaway with your closest friends, family or celebrating a special event. Our home has 4 bedrooms with luxury linens, Hisense Roku Smark TV’s and ceiling fans. Our two bathrooms feature dual vanities with custom walk in showers. Lastly our game room has a regulation size ping pong table, an air hockey table, and a small bar area for drinks and snacks. We have parking for 2 cars on the driveway and 2 additional cars on the street (visitor parking).

Anastacia is a gated community with a blend of single story and two-story properties. This neighborhood has both families and other short-term rentals located off of 49th Ave and Monroe in central Indio. Directly next to Empire Polo Club
